Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026 · version 1.0

1. Acceptance

By using DataMail (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

The Service lets you sign in with Google, voluntarily add your verified email with a chosen country to a shared database, and export available records as CSV. The Service is not an email client and does not read your mail.

3. Account

  • One Google account equals one identity in the system (Google sub).
  • You are responsible for actions performed from your account.
  • Attempts to bypass limits, create duplicates, or automate abuse are prohibited.

4. Adding email

  • Only the verified email of your Google account is added.
  • You choose the country; it is never inferred from the email domain.
  • Disposable, role, and technical addresses may be rejected.
  • If the email already exists in the database, a duplicate is not created.

5. Export

Export is available to signed-in users who added their email. CSV contains only Email and Country. Rate limits apply. You must use the data lawfully (including anti-spam / ePrivacy / GDPR where applicable). You must not use the database for unlawful spam or fraud.

6. Revoking consent

You may remove your record from the database in the account UI. After removal, the address is not included in new exports.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page. Material consent-policy changes may require new explicit consent (new CONSENT_VERSION).
